This work includes analysis of how tools like social media bots are used to manipulate public opinion by amplifying or repressing political content, disinformation,hate speech, and junk news.

Liber Research Community(本土研究社) is an independent research group in Hong Kong covering development-related topics, including land supply and usage, housing policies, town planning, redevelopment, environment, agriculture, archives and files and global state-capital nexus. Thinking Hong Kong(思想香港) is an online journal project in pursuit of writing the intellectual history of Hong Kong. The notion of intellectual history not only includes theories, but also empirical research on social collective actions that embody alternative ideological discourses.

The Hong Kong Literature Database(香港文學資料庫) is the first search engine on Hong Kong literature providing access to 178368 entries of literary columns from Hong Kong newspaper, 6741 entries of other newspaper articles, 318516 entries of journal articles, 19082 entries of literary books held by the Chinese University of Hong Kong Library and 377 entries of theses.

Hong Kong Drama Archives(香港戲劇資料庫暨口述歷史計劃)originally a research project initiated by International Association of Theatre Critics(Hong Kong), is a digital archives of Hong Kong drama providing access to video-recorded oral history of 46 theatre practitioners, historical timelines from the 1930s to the 2010s and database.

Oral History Project of Contemporary Chinese Authors(中國當代作家口述歷史計劃) , an online literary archives maintained by Lingnan University of Hong Kong, currently exhibits 25 contemporary chinese writers with interview video clips, biographies, criticisms and other related materials.

The Computational Propaganda Project (English) investigates the use of algorithms, automation, and computational propaganda in public life. This project enables a new team of social and information scientists to investigate the impact of automated scripts, commonly called bots, on social media.

EU vs Disinfo (English) is a website that is part of a campaign to better forecast, address, and respond to pro-Kremlin disinformation. The ‘EU versus Disinformation’ campaign is run by the European External Action Service East Stratcom Task Force.
